What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, address, phone number, email address and property type. We also record how you found the website (landing page, referring website and any campaign parameters in the link) so we know which pages and channels bring enquiries.

If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we receive whatever information you choose to share there.

With your consent, analytics cookies measure how visitors use the site. You can accept or decline them in the cookie banner.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is stored in our customer management system. Service providers that host the website, process enquiries or provide analytics may process data on our behalf, under appropriate agreements.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept for as long as required for warranty, tax and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to its use, or request a copy, by emailing info@chargingmarbella.com. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
